Block Watch: The Sherwood Forest Community Club and the Bellevue Police Department have joined forces to implement a Block Watch program for our neighborhood. FBI statistics show that a subdivision with an active Neighborhood Watch is 43% less likely to become a target of criminal activity. A number of resources outlining how to better protect your home is available on the links below. The SFCC plan is to make Block Watch ideas and information available to all the Block Hosts to convey to their block.
Block Watch Signs: The installation of signs was voted on and approved at the annual 2010 SFCC meeting. SFCC purchased the signs, and the city installed them on intersections of 24th and 164th.
Feel free to email SFCC if you have any questions regarding SFCC Block Watch efforts.SFCC Block Watch committee firstname.lastname@example.org
